تعاونية شباب الريف للتنمية الزراعية – RYCAD YEMEN تتبنى إنعاش القطاع التعاوني الزراعي في اليمن من خلال رؤيتها الاستراتيجية 2026–2030

على مدى السنوات الخمس المقبلة (2026-2030)، تسعى تعاونية شباب الريف للتنمية الزراعية إلى تنشيط وتحويل القطاع التعاوني في اليمن - وخاصة القطاع الزراعي - وتعزيز دوره على المستويين الوطني والدولي.

ينبع هذا الجهد من الإيمان العميق بأن القطاع التعاوني يمثل أحد أهم الركائز الحيوية للتنمية والتقدم وبناء الدولة، على الرغم من أهميته التاريخية والتنموية، عانى القطاع التعاوني في اليمن من تهميش طويل الأمد، مثل العديد من الحركات التعاونية في جميع أنحاء العالم، وقد أضعف دورها، وتجزأت نظمها، ولم تستغل مساهماتها، لا سيما في المجتمعات الريفية والزراعية التي تعتمد اعتمادا كبيرا على الجهود الجماعية للبقاء والنمو.

تطمح تعاونية شباب الريف للتنمية الزراعية إلى المساهمة بشكل هادف في عكس هذا الاتجاه من خلال:

•   دعم الحركة التعاونية في مختلف القطاعات وخاصة الزراعة.
•    تصميم منهجيات وأدوات وأطر مبتكرة تمكن التعاونيات من إعادة التنظيم وبناء قدراتها الداخلية واستعادة فعاليتها الاستراتيجية.
•     تعزيز الكفاءات التشغيلية والفنية والمؤسسية للتعاونيات.
•     إطلاق الإمكانات الكاملة للتعاونيات الريفية التي يقودها الشباب كمحركات لتنمية المجتمع والقدرة على الصمود المحلي والاستدامة الوطنية.

من خلال هذا النهج الاستراتيجي، تهدف RYCAD إلى: 

•    تحسين سبل العيش في المجتمعات الريفية.
•     تعزيز الاقتصادات المحلية من خلال تمكين المزارعين والحرفيين والعمال المهرة. 
•    تعزيز التنمية الريفية والأمن الغذائي والاستدامة البيئية. 
•    وضع التعاونيات اليمنية كجهات فاعلة ذات مصداقية ضمن شبكات التعاون الإقليمية والعالمية.

بحلول عام 2030 ، تتصور RYCAD إنشاء قطاع تعاوني مرن وممكن وموحد في اليمن - قطاع يساهم بنشاط في الاستقرار الوطني والنمو الشامل والتنمية المستدامة.

RYCAD Yemen Strategic Outlook (2026–2030)

Over the next five years (2026–2030), Rural Youth Cooperative for Agricultural Development – RYCAD Yemen, seeks to revitalize and transform the cooperative sector in Yemen—particularly the agricultural sector—and to enhance its role at both national and international levels. This effort stems from a deep belief that the cooperative sector represents one of the most vital pillars of development, progress, and nation-building.

Despite its historical and developmental importance, the cooperative sector in Yemen has suffered from long-standing marginalization, much like many cooperative movements around the world. Its role has been weakened, its systems fragmented, and its contributions underutilized, especially in rural and agricultural communities that rely heavily on collective efforts for survival and growth.

:RYCAD Yemen aspires to contribute meaningfully to reversing this trend by

.Supporting the cooperative movement across various sectors, particularly agriculture

   Designing innovative methodologies, tools, and frameworks that enable cooperatives to reorganize, build their internal capacities, and regain their strategic effectiveness.

.Enhancing the operational, technical, and institutional competencies of cooperatives

   Unlocking the full potential of youth-led, rural-based cooperatives as engines for community development, local resilience, and national sustainability.

Through this strategic approach, RYCAD aims to

   Improve livelihoods in rural communities.

   Strengthening local economies by empowering farmers, artisans, and skilled workers.

   Promote rural development, food security, and environmental sustainability.

   Position Yemeni cooperatives as credible actors within regional and global cooperative networks.

By 2030, RYCAD envisions a resilient, empowered, and unified cooperative sector in Yemen—one that actively contributes to national stability, inclusive growth, and sustainable development.
